Rejected Ban for GR 1.1 | Shisui UchihaXx

Hello dear higher ups,

I made an application more than 2 weeks ago and it was after a long wait i was told to contact shisui on discord and so i did. He asked me how many in game accounts i own (twinkies) and how many socials. I answered his questions (Info written below) and then banned me.
Now this thing has happened twice, earlier i got banned and called in VC by Kevin where he asked same questions and lifted my ban after receiving same answers as Shisui.

I totally don't understand that what is the issue with my account and why it happened earlier and once again now. All I know is that my account has never been shared with anyone. I have even been leader twice (LSPD and SAHP) and I was just waiting to turn 18 so i can apply for admin, this is how much i love playing in Grp, I would never give violate GR 1.1

I request you to please look into it yourself and if you need any kind of clarification I am ready to provide that, I do not mind sharing my personal info such as mails or whatever is needed for you to investigate it thoroughly.

I have created ticket at rockstar of username chamges as i don't remember if I ever had a different username, still i believe even if there was it would be one of the following:-
- RAHEEL RASHID (its my name so i might have used this earlier)
- CLOWN GAMER (before jemmzy, it was the name i used online)

If still info is not matching then I will wait for rockstar support to reply.
