1. I have been playing Grand rp for the past 4 years and gain so much experience on every single thing inside this beautiful server and 1 thing I learn about in Grand RP, Is this gang Blood Street gang has always been the top 1 gang in those 4 years. They own the ghetto and rule the ghetto 24/7 back then. Now every leadership taken is either inactive, Leader doesn't care, and sloppy high commands. difference in my term is every single day of my term there will be something to do as, FZ raids, Taking over ghetto, Taking over robbery's, And even winning the most important events as car theft and Informant.
2. Every single event I always held is a new experience for new players to come and see when they join my gang for I can make a Huge difference for when people see how my term is going great, I want them to also apply for more leaders can some in the future and more fun can happen between LEOS and Gang side.
3. I will also do more then just events I will do events inside the gang for everyone can have fun when there isn't nothing to do and just create enjoyment and great memories in my term.

1. Getting 100% turf Season
2. Focused on Teamwork and Great Roleplay
3. Doing a lot of RP scenarios
4. Joining every single Event
5. Giving Bonuses if we win events
6. Making sure everyone follows the rules
7. Getting max Spray profits every hour
