Hello and Good morning! Admins. I got banned for the reason GR6.12 / Harassing an ems employee. I used an inappropriate emote which made the ems employee uneasy / not comfortable. I regret what I have done and I would have never done it if I knew how the ems employee was feeling. I was only going to do it for a second and leave so I did not disturb her but then my game got freezed and I could not move my character. when I fixed it, I found out I was banned. I didn't mean to do it for that long but I was used a low end laptop and it has many code A and lag spikes. I would have never done it in the first place if I knew that person was not feeling comfortable and I am asking for forgiveness, because I have no records of being banned or even being toxic to someone. And I would like to sincerely apologize to both Kayce Shakespeare and the Ems employee for making a problem.

I am sorry and Please accept my apology Kayce Shakespeare.
