Sam Hellburn was born into a good and caring family. Sam grew up with comfort not too rich, but never lacking anything important or necessary. He was naturally curious, calm, and always deeply interested in how things worked around him. As a child, he admired the city guards greatly and dreamed of becoming one himself one day. His loving family supported him wholeheartedly, hoping he would bring pride and honor to their family name. Life was simple and peaceful, and Sam never imagined how quickly everything could change in ways he never expected.

Sam was one of the most sincere guards in the City. Always on time, always by the book. While he followed the rules, others broke them and somehow climbed ranks, earned gold and favors. He waited for his turn, believing hard work would pay off but it never did. Sam made a decision because he was sick of seeing the corrupt get rich while he was fighting for his life. If staying honest meant staying broke and not being recognized, heβd rather do what everyone else was doing. Now, Sam isnβt the clean guard he once was. He still wears the badge but he knows exactly how dirty it is.

1) Sam can let suspects go free if they are in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping(escaping from the prison (darknet task or using USB)
2) Sam can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record
3) Sam can take Money (max 100k) and illegal items as a bribe to let someone go but he cannot take bribe to be hostage
4) Sam can refuse to show his ID to protect his privacy
5) Sam carries the duck tape with him and uses it on 10-15 if they refuse to pay and take them to doc (using the /try command twice per situation)
