2-Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization? Three reasons with explanation.
2.1 LSPD as a Core Pillar of Public Safety
The Los Santos Police Department is a department that steps in when it comes to the most basic needs regarding public safety, law enforcement, and peace in Los Santos and its vicinity. LSPD members are the ones who ensure safety for the residents, and in case of any criminal activities taking place in the area, they will be the first to respond. But the department has not been able to find a real consistent or a proper direction throughout the recent period of the leadership change. My target as a leader is to bring back the good old days of discipline, commitment, and operational excellence. The department will not only hear about the efficiency of the command structure but will experience it through active and enthusiastic officers working day and night. This way the LSPD will be a trusted partner in the state.
2.2 Human Resource Revitalization and Training
Human Resources and Training are the primary pillars of any effective and efficient police department. The process of building a disciplined police force starts with effective recruitment, structured induction, and the development of skills. I will see to it that the recruits do not have to wait for their turn for an unnecessary length of time and that all the officers are trained properly with the uniform training method. I am looking for a lively, well-educated skillful team that can handle any sort of urban crime challenges and at the same time reflect the image of LSPD through professionalism.
2.3 Enhancing Law Enforcement by Regulating Traffic Traffic enforcement is one of the most effective and the best ways to maintain public safety and to encourage lawful behavior in the city.
