Leader of Los Santos Police Department
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I was started RP life from beginner level jobs then I joined SAHP as Tropper then I work hard in SAHP I got promotions I got Commander rank (28) in Irtaza term after that I moved to LSPD there I got HOD in swat after that I moved in FIB there I got HOD in Spec ops now currently in NG as MAJOR GENERAL (28).
To uphold law and order
As a law enforcement officer, my primary goal is to protect the integrity of Los Santos. This current role of LSPD leadership will enable me to create ice values in justice, fairness, and order in regard to keeping our city safe.
To Promote Leadership within the Department
A true leader does more than just direct work. A true leader promotes and inspires others to be great. I desire every officer to represent values we believe in and have pride in their badge, serving under a command that believes in courage, honor, and team work.
To Establish a Strong Chain of Command
Structure creates stability. I intend to strengthen the internal chain of command; each rank will learn and understand its duties and responsibilities in addition to the importance of their role in communication with other ranks.
Leaving a Legacy of Honor and Service
Leaders leave a legacy. I want to be remembered for returning the badge to it's proud self again, returning the department to stability, and creating an LSPD that truly serves and protects the people of Los Santos for all the right reasons.
Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
I will make sure the Officers stay professional while they are on duty. I will make sure to avoid unnecessary chatter on radio. I will make sure that the officers follow proper chain of commands and be respectful towards others.
I will make sure my officers don't always resort to shootings. I will promote the use of non lethal weapons while catching criminals who try to evade arrest.
In collaboration with the National Guard I plan to implement weekly training programs to all of my officers so that they become efficient in shooting during serious situations or gunfight.
Punishments :
Verbal (1) - For small mistakes
Verbal (2) - Repeating the mistake again.
Strike (1) - For Big Mistake / Having 2 verbals at the same time. (Demotion -1 Rank).
Strike (2) - For More bigger issue ( Suspending for 1 days).
Strike (3) - Rule break ( Firing from the organization).
During my term, I will create realistic departments that have a clear vision to improve the RP level within the LSPD.

- It will be responsible for training new recruits, explaining every rule for RP and the organization.
- Internal Affairs (IA):
- It will oversee that everything in the organization is going in a manner, and no one is making any mistakes.
- Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.):
- It will be the defense team who are always on the front line protecting the city.
- Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU):
- It enforces traffic laws, so the city will suffer no more accidents.
