2. Why do you want to be the leader of the Ballas Gang?
For me, Ballas is more than just a gang; it's a legacy. It's all about controlling the streets, finding your identity, loyalty, and culture, which has built the city for years now. Aggressive, organized, fearless-Ballas has always stood for these adjectives, and I would carry this reputation forward.
My previous experience as a two-time Deputy of Vagos taught me what real leadership requires. I handled operations, discipline, recruitment, and the overall structure of the gang. Through that, I learned that a strong organization truly has its foundation in a balance of authority, trust, and unity. I would like to bring discipline, experience, and vision into Ballas and elevate it to the next level.
My vision for Ballas as a leader is clear:
- Dominate the neighborhood: Ballas’ color and presence should be known in the streets at all times across the city.
- Build a loyalty-based team: No member left behind, effort, activity, and loyalty shall always be rewarded.
- Strengthen visibility and power: Whether in turf wars, RP events, or daily interactions, Ballas should be instantly recognized and respected.
- Maintain a strong street identity: Every action, every plan, and every RP moment should reflect the Ballas lifestyle and street culture.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
As a leader, improving our RP quality is one of my priorities. Ballas isn't going to just be active on the streets—we're actually going to be a gang with a story, with a culture, and with an ongoing RP presence. Here is what my plan for RP improvement looks like:
- Weekly RP-focused events: Street ambushes, turf storylines, neighborhood control events, Ballas community interactions, and internal RP missions.
- Stronger in-character discipline: Following hierarchy, respecting ranks, and representing Ballas in the same way, every time we take action.
- RP reward system: Members who engage us with strong and immersive RP will receive promotions and bonuses.
- New member training: RP style and slang, and expectations to help new members interact and integrate properly with the gang.
With these steps, Ballas won’t just be in the city—we’ll shape the city’s RP.

Final Words
Ballas has weight, history, and respect in the city, and I want to honor that reputation and create a gang in which every member feels like they are part of something powerful and meaningful.
Having previously held a two times deputy position in Vagos, I have the discipline, activity, and experience needed to transition Ballas into a new age. More importantly, I have the drive and passion to build a respected, and feared organization-- both IC and RP quality.
