Hello,
On 04.09.2025, my account was banned with the code GR1.8. I learned that the reason for my ban was purchasing a Battle Pass using my secondary account (ID: 457893). Unfortunately, I did not know that this was considered a bannable offense.
In a previous support ticket, I was informed that I needed to open a new request after the Battle Pass season had ended. Therefore, I am submitting my appeal again as directed.
I have been unable to access the game for about two months, and during this time I’ve been completely away from the game and my friends. I fully understand my mistake; I have reviewed the rules carefully and I can sincerely promise that this will never happen again. I am truly sorry for my actions.
For this reason, I kindly request the removal of the ban on my main account (ID: 422053). I really miss playing the game and being part of the community.
