2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
First reason: I wanna lead the LSPD to make the city safer and reduce crimes that happen every day like ATM robberies, store robberies, and ghetto violence. I want civilians to feel safe and officers to always be ready for any emergency.
Second reason: I really like law enforcement RP and I enjoy helping players who need support in serious situations. Being the leader will let me organize the department better, support new officers, and make sure everyone in LSPD knows how to react correctly IC.
Third reason: I want to build a strong LSPD team with discipline, respect, and teamwork. I want people to trust the LSPD but also fear it if they are criminals. I think I have the experience, activity, and responsibility for this role.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
First — Improve Training:
I will try to make a full training program for new officers (shooting, communication, code system, radio discipline, arrest procedures). This will make RP more realistic and organized.
Second — Increase Patrols:
I will make sure there are active patrols in all areas, like ghetto, highways, and city center. This reduces crime and makes police presence stronger.
Third — Clear Chain of Command:
I will make ranks and responsibilities clear so every officer knows who is above them. This removes chaos and makes operations smoother.
Fourth — Better Response Team:
I will build a fast-response unit for Code 0, robberies, hostage situations, and emergencies.
Fifth — More IC Events:
Organize weekly trainings, checkpoints, meetings, and operations. This will improve RP a lot.
