Erlik Mark was born in the lower east side of Los Santos in a neighborhood where sirens were louder than lullabies His father worked as a mechanic barely keeping food on the table and his mother left when he was just ten Growing up Erlik mark cops not as heroes but as men who took envelopes under the table to make problems disappear He never hated them he just understood the truth early everyone has a price By the time he was eighteen Erlik had already been in trouble a few times-small fights street racing and a few "under the hood" deals But instead of getting locked up one officer saw potential in him and gave him a second chance join the San Andreas Highway Patrol Academy Erlik took it It was his way out Disciplined fast and fearless he was sharp at the academy He felt proud in that tan SAHP uniform the first time he ever wore it He thought that he could be different from them Reality hit fast He saw senior officers covering up accidents and taking bribes from smugglers and using their power to control the people around them The harder he tried to keep clean the harder the system pressed him to get dirty One night after a long shift he pulled over a black SUV carrying illegal weapons The driver handed him a thick envelope and said “You didn’t see anything Officer Mark” Erlik baulked Everything changed in that instant He took the money-and with it his first step into the shadows Years went by He learned how to play both sides perfectly the uniform made people trust him the streets made people fear him He became known as “Viper” because he was silent smart and struck only when it mattered Nobody could touch him — not the cops not the criminals He purchased a house outside of Sandy Shores drives an unregistered black Buffalo STX and lives quietly But everyone in the underworld knows If you're looking to move something big on the highway you call Viper first He's not the hero people expect from a cop he's the kind who keeps the system running not by following the law but by controlling it.

Erlik Mark wasn't born into a perfect life He grow up in the rough part of Los Santos where cops took money to look away and the streets belonged to one criminal or another From a very young age he learned one thing nothing in this city is free Erlik joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol wanting genuinely to do something good He followed every rule wrote every report and tried being the "good cop" through the first few years But soon he began to realize the truth-the people at the top were just as dirty as the people he arrested Promotions went to favorites evidence would disappear and officers playing by the rules got left behind That is when something inside him clicked He gave up on perfection and hankered for power It began small letting a smuggler pass for a few thousand ignoring a plate number in return for a favor He told himself each time it was just "survival" But with time it turned into his way of life People in the department started referring to him as "Viper"-not because he was cruel but because he struck fast and was never caught He built connections in both worlds cops trusted him and criminals respected him The one thing everyone knew was that if Viper was on the highway you better have his number or you better stay off the road Erlik still proudly wears his badge but he is not the same man anymore He no longer believes in justice he believes in control The badge for him is not about the law it's about leverage He doesn’t call himself corrupt he calls himself smart enough to play the game.
Outcomes:
1. Erlik can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer .
2. Erlik can receive bribes up to 100K maximum.
3. Erlik can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty but Not against LEOs.
4. Erlik can break the bodycam of person near him by using /try command (2 times max per situation) Must follow General rule 6.1.
5. Erlik can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in her eye lences or headwears 24/7 and doesn’t need to refresh it. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using the internet. If he dies, his lawyer can access the footage and use it to build a case file against the murderer.
6. Erlik can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads and cliffs without breaking any RP but Not against LEOs, with Proper RP and compliance with server rules.
