Rejected G.R 1.9 I light

Hello dear Admin .
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to respectfully appeal my punishment for rule G.R 1.9.
To be honest, I am not aware of what mistake I made to receive this punishment. I am still new to the city, and although I know some of the rules, I never intentionally violated G.R 1.9 at any moment.
I have never sold anything for a lower or higher price than allowed, and I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or an unintentional mistake from my side without knowing.
This is my first ban, and I kindly ask you to please give me another chance.
I genuinely want to understand what I did wrong so I can avoid it in the future.
I am a new player and I really want to continue playing properly and follow all the rules.
