2. Why do you want to be the leader of the Los Santos Vagos?
During my two terms as Deputy in Los Santos Vagos, Vagos felt like home to me. Those two terms taught me a lot of things. Vagos gave me the opportunity to see how important structure and leadership are to a gang's success. And I know I have that leadership quality. With my communication skills and leadership, Vagos will reach to the top. When I was Deputy of the Vagos, the gang experienced a period of strong growth and dominance across the city. I know I can do more if I become a leader.
My vision is simple: Vagos will be the most active gang, and you'll see Vagos domination in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
My focus will be:
Event participation: We will ensure maximum participation in all events and be the most active gang in the city.
Hierarchy: Gang members will follow hierarchy and they will respect ranks.
Good bonus system: I will be rewarding members who put effort and be active with promotions and good amount of bonuses.
No favouritism: I will not do favoritism. I will give the ranks they deserve to members who participate in events, are active, and have strong communication with other members.
And my goals are:
Complete the term without verbal/warnings
Max graffiti profit
Ghetto dominaton
Focus on securing turfs
