The case of Skyler Verstappen, a Indian Born in Delhi, is an example of a person who was brought up in an overcrowded neighborhood where survival, ambition, and discipline were the key elements of his childhood.
Skyler was taught to deal with mayhem in an intelligent and determined manner at a tender age. In search of a new life away at home, he found himself finally in Los Santos where dreams and danger go hand in hand.

This new life put him directly into contact with crude loyalty, danger and liberty. Skyler Verstappen is caught between two worlds, law and chaos, today, the worlds experience has worked, purpose has driven, and he is seeking where he actually belongs.
