Hello dear Admin.
I hope you're doing well.
I want to appeal my 1.9. GR penalty.
To be honest, I don't know what caused me to receive this penalty. I know most of the rules and haven't violated the 1.9. GR rules. I haven't sold anything for less or more than the allowed price, and I understand this could have been a misunderstanding or an unintentional error. Please give me a chance.
I really want to understand what went wrong so I don't make the same mistake again in the future. I want to continue playing properly and following all the rules. I accept that my funds will be forfeited.
