It was the last minute of the 5 solar panels, and the RDM was issued without demand. If hitting without demand wasn't a rule violation, I could have simply hit everyone. Considering the rule violations and the reason for the RDM, I request the return of the 5 batteries and that action be taken against those who applied the RDM.
