2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I started my career 1.5 years ago when I came to the city. I joined various orgs like LSPD, NG, EMS, and FIB, but I found LI very interesting. That's why I put all my time in LI to make the org the best. I have been working in LI for a long time, and during this time period, I learned how to work in the organization in different departments like Ads, Events, and the IA department. After that I slowly gained experience and became a Deputy in the last term.
I have a lot of experience and connections, which will make LI more awesome and make perfect management, which will help the ORG to grow more and interact with citizens. Also, I have many ideas to improve the RP with other organizations and departments, like News or Events, that help Lifeinvader to interact with people. I will try to make the org the best. Main thing, I will make sure that the Ads Board will never be overfilled. I will make sure all employees are treated equally. Every Employee rewarded with a promotion or a bonus according their Work
In last term when I was the deputy leader, Well in that period i made a lot of fun events which will make more org more interactive towards citizens, but since the term was ending, I didn't get any chance to implement so that's why I want to add those new events which we can do with citizens, that'll make org for fun, and people will gonna enjoy it. Apart from that I'll make sure LI will make my work on its full Potential.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
ADs Department: The ADs Department is the heartbeat of this city, I believe. We may not hit perfection every time, but we’ll stay as close as humanly possible. I want LifeInvader to feel present at every hour, whether it’s late at night or the morning after a tsunami. When someone needs to get their ADs, CNN, or Broadcast out, we are the team they can count on. I will make sure that at least one or two high commands are always keeping an eye on the ads. If they see an employee make a mistake, they will correct it immediately. They will also check the PDA often to prevent any wrong or misleading ads from being published. Always satisfied with the ads we send out, and to keep our department running smoothly and professionally.
HIA (Human Resource and Internal Affairs) Department: In the last term, we saw HR and IA departments were separate, but in this term, they will be merged again as they were before (if the curator approves). The HIA Department ensures that every employee has a clean background and makes sure no corruption is tolerated in the organization. The HIA Department also ensures that if we need more employees in the organization, it will open recruitment every day. If an AdsTrainee is inactive even the HIA Department has permission to remove them from the Ads Trainee.
News Department: Has the second most impactful role in informing the citizens of the city about what is happening around them. I will keep the best Directors and Deputy Directors to hire active and efficient news reporters for posting interesting articles about things happening around the city, and keep citizens busy reading articles.
Event Department: Create a dedicated team in the Event Department that hosts new and interesting events that engage people. Every day, I will ensure that a minimum of one event is happening. I will try to attend every event to identify areas for improvement, including the events team and any missing elements.
