Rejected Org Warning For LR 2.4 | Ghost Mistakenly

I don't know why I get warning for LR 2.4 | I was asking question to our senior curator regarding change to my second curator for reason I wanna change he is not understanding my another curator they are together are confused one is approving our event another is not . And today I got tag for reason why I give one of my deputy ic rank without getting his role in main dc but in that case as you know in crime we have 4 deputy thats why we have to give ic rank first then we can ask for his role in main dc . He also told us that we have to inform about our events to them at least 24 to 48 hours ago and he rejected my lr 1.9 event but same was approved by talha a moment ago when ghost rejected thats why I tagged sr curator and he solved it . Now if asking question and want to change curator is count as LR 2.4 then I okay with it But I just want to change my 2nd curator Ghost coz he is not understanding with my 1st curator Talha who is handling my org as a curator more than him.
