ok there was a situation and i called an admin the admin said here so i started speaking with him, admin is an ooc character and i believe that i can speeak with him if a situation needs that so i spoke to admin as you hear "wizard see wizard see" so i made a forum and the respected admin Ronan Bale issued me a fail rp however i believe there was no rp going

Missing Punishment
Now he issued three people the punishment however in game he issued me and another one the punishment,also he said that a person will be punished for (GR 6.15, CR and Mercykilling) however he was only punished for CR and MK you can see the left eye in my screen shot

i went to capitol to take a 10-15 it was normal arrest after i went in car they started ramming me and they was doing a massive cr and after that i went to highway they killed me and killed the 10-15 , i was speeding up as it is written when some people are chasing we can speed up,also possible MG.

Proper decision taken, situation is OOC only when admin gets out of invisibility and turns on the admin tag, that means it is ooc and not just because they are watching the entire thing is OOC now!
as far as the punishments, it will be checked.
