Dear Admin,
Today I received a punishment because my POV request was read and approved after 4 days. According to the rules, a POV request must be reviewed within 48 hours, but my POV was banned after the 48-hour window, which feels unfair to me.
I respectfully request justice because my POV was not reviewed in the correct time frame. If the rule clearly states that the POV should be checked within 48 hours, then why was I punished after 48 hours had already passed?
I am requesting the administration to please reconsider my punishment.
This is a humble request for one more chance. I assure you that such a situation will never happen again. I truly believe this was not my fault, as the POV was reviewed late.
Please review my case once again and provide me a fair decision.
