2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans :- I want to be the leader of the Los Santos Vagos because I’ve truly invested a lot of my time in this state, observing how things work from the ground up. Since few months, I have been active in crime orgs i.e Families, Vagos and Bloods too understanding I enjoyed being in crime orgs just as same as state orgs, and both sides make my experience more better in the city with fun and founding many skills to learn.
I saw this as a wealthy opportunity to step up and prove myself to be capable as a leader and with my skills. I genuinely believe I have the capability and the perfect strategies bring fantastic ideas, it dosen't mean I'm taking leadership for myself, I meant to prove this organization more value able than others and guiding Vagos to be respected and feared in the city with my own ideas, knowledge and skills.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Firstly to improve the roleplay level in the organization as I see nowdays gang members even though state orgs our trying to keep other org/people down that meant toxicity in the RP so I'm pretty sure to aware my gang member to do not do the toxicity in the organization to maintain discipline in the RP though we should not do unnecessary trolling, and always staying IC, even in pressure moments. This makes our gang look serious and feared in the city.
Secondly, I’ll focus on communication. If every member knows how to speak, react, and move in RP style not doing fun in the serious moments the overall quality of situations becomes much stronger.
Thirdly, we should do weekly internal RP training sessions, like hostage situations and negotiation practice. This helps even new members learn professional RP instead of getting punishment for UB or PG by this all rank members know how the RP works correctly in order.
In Last, I would like to say in our org I will show them that no rank shows your respect and by not giving ranks to newbie's , In a phrase I meant, my goal is to make the gang feared, respected, and known for professionalism during serious moments.
