Additional Information

1. Leader of:

Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)

2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?

Reason 1: LSPD needs consistent discipline.

Right now, the department suffers from inactive supervisors, slow response times, and inconsistent procedures. I want to bring structure, clear protocols, and proper training so officers actually know what they’re doing instead of improvising in every situation.

Reason 2: I understand how to manage people under pressure.

Most leaders collapse when the department gets busy. I don’t. I can make fast, clean decisions that avoid chaos during store robberies, hostage situations, and large-scale patrols. My goal is to make LSPD react faster and reduce pointless mistakes.

Reason 3: I want to build a department that players actually respect.

Too many orgs become a joke because the leader allows trolling, ego fights, or low-effort RP. I want to create a team that takes RP seriously, keeps the experience enjoyable for civilians, and represents the server properly.

3. Advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

  • Create mandatory training for new officers. Stop promoting people who don’t understand basic protocols.
  • Introduce clear patrol systems (units, codes, radio discipline). No more random driving or useless radio spam.
  • Remove officers who troll, break rules, or can’t handle RP. Weak officers destroy the whole org.
  • Increase communication with other orgs so LSPD works better during joint operations.
  • Set strict standards for leadership ranks to make sure supervisors can handle situations, not just shout orders.
