2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

A.
When I first learned to speak or understand any situation, I joined NG as a private on Bob's term, as it was my first term. But after that, I spent 15–17 terms in NG , 8 as HC, and Four Terms As (Deputy Leader) So Now I Am That Immune To Take The Control Of The Organization And Do Some More Exciting Stuffs! I also served in SAHP, FIB, LSPD & EMS .

B. I've been playing on this Server for more than 4 Years now, I believe I am well-suited to be a leader of NG due to my experience and expertise As Leo. Throughout my time in the city, I have held high-ranking positions such as L.T General(NG), US Marshal(SAHP), 00 Agent (FIB), TFO(LSPD) and currently in SAHP .

C. National Guard Almost lost its charm due to people getting bored in the Org. And leaving because they dont have any Activity to perform other then Just standing at the Gates. I will make sure we Have Events inside the National Guard with collaboration of other orgs. Which will be exiciting for our Soldiers and also perfect for having strong bonds with other orgs.

D. The Recruitment Department ( HRT ) & Military Police is The main key to run a successful Organisation . Cuz We Need Units at Our base in the raid hours for any possible Situations. And having a Strong HRT is like a backbone of NG. Which helps us recruiting and Training new soldiers & Military Police Plays An Important Role Related To Checking Units Background Licenses & Finding Up The Corruption And If Its Too much , Then They It Can Easily Take Down A Term Also !

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. City Rules and Legislation : we will
make sure new members are properly trained in the rules of role-play since this is essential for developing future Of Soldiers. our HRT division needs to be top-notch at training and ensuring new members follow the rules.

2. Radio Codes : I will make sure that my units have better grip on the Radio Codes. Because it is more professional way when we are communicating with other orgs. It for sure increases for RP

4. Organizational Relations : Org Relations are the Most Important for any Org, In National Guard We have SASD Department, Where i will Focus that SASD Department Attends all the Events and Help Other Orgs in any Serious Situation in the City, Also Supporting Ammo runs of National Guard , And Doing Special trainig With FIB , SAHP & LSPD .
