We were in the process of arresting a 5-Star wanted criminal. During the arrest, another individual approached us inside the parking lot, which is a Green Zone area. Without any RP initiation or interaction, he shot at us inside the Green Zone, which is strictly prohibited.

After shooting at us, he killed the suspect we were arresting, which counts as to break the RP scenario or prevent the wanted criminal from facing charges.
