Life Story:
Steven Richard Haines a.k.a Steve Haines, was born in the year of 1992 in a middle class family in San Fierro, California. His father Sergeant Robert Haines was a Police Officer at SFPD. In his early life Steven was always bullied by other kids at school and in streets for being too simple. His father usually not home for his job and his mother was having love affair with one of his father's senior officer named Commisioner Frank Tenpenny. Steve's father always wanted his son to be a police officer just like him so he convinced Steve to get his basic police training when he was 18 . One day Steve came back home from his training early and saw a black tinted highly suspicious vehicle was parked outside their house. But unfortunately Albert was not at home that day so those people captured Steve's mom and took her to somewhere else. Steve was watching everything from a safe distance. After that day his father came back from work and Steve told him everything. Then Albert immediatly rushed to the SFPD station and next day in news Steve saw his mom and dad was shot dead by some thugs. Then Steve screamed in anger and started his mission to find out the killers of his parents. He went back to the SFPD for joining Police Force and after some years he became a Senior Patrol Officer and carried on his mission.
Career Story:
After 5 years of excellent service Steve Haines got a transfer to SAHP as Superintendent and getting closer to his goal of revenge. Being a corrupt cop he takes criminals as personal threat and torture them brutally as his blood thirst rises everyday. One day from a secret source he found out his parents' killers was some hired guns appointed by his mom's boyfriend and his dad's superior officer Frank Tenpenny who is now in FIB as Supervisor. Frank killed Steve's dad because he was the only problem of his department and also for his love affair. During the shooting Steve's mom came between Frank and Albert to stop killing her husband but Frank killed both of them intentionally and went of his own way. Steve personally found those hired guns and butchered them brutally with a Machete and chopped off their body to pieces and fed to his Canine Police dog. But Frank Tenpenny was a high ranked FIB personnel at that time that's why Steve was outmatched to take any further action against Frank Tenpenny. So Steve kept it low profile and continues his mission to reach Frank someday and to punish him for killing his dad and his mom. On the other hand Steve is doing his job brilliantly at SAHP and he keeps punishing criminals or letting them go for his own benefit in exchange for money or any illegal deal. When Steve going on Special missions he show no mercy to those thugs out there who is causing harms to other people. His police brutality is increasing day by day and he is becoming insanely dangerous and he never gonna stops until he kills Frank Tenpenny and take his ultimate revenge.
Outcome:
1. Steve can detain anyone suspicious (Including LEOs. With RP Reason and IC reason to arrest/detain) and can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth upto 100K maximum)
2. Steve can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3. Steve can help suspects escape jail (darknet) or from custody.
4. Steve is able To Sell/Buy legal/illegal weapons and Items from the Blackmarket. (Not ORG weapons)
5. Steve can smash and break bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
6. Steve can torture his victims and can leave them unconscious if needed. (with proper RP reason/No RDM)
7. Steve can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8. Steve can take bounty orders from darknet and can steal parachute from NG base.
9. Steve can plant/remove evidences on someone and can frame them of criminal conspiracy.
