Dear Administration Team,
I am writing to formally appeal my ban for a violation of rule 1.4 (Two Rockstar Accounts). I believe this decision was made without a complete understanding of my situation, and I would like to present my case.
1. Explanation of the Two Accounts:
I do not own both of the aforementioned Rockstar accounts. I have one account that I use to play Sarkar Jigt, my character. My brother owns the other account. All I was doing was showing him how to use the server for roleplay. You can confirm this by looking at the connection logs, which show that while my brother was connected, I was also actively playing on my own ID (Sarkar Jigt, 89306). I was merely teaching a new family member how to play properly; I had no intention of misleading anyone.
Crucially, you can verify this by checking the connection logs and IP/location history. I have never changed my PC's location, and I have never logged into the server from any other place. Both accounts were accessed from the same household because we are two different people living in the same family. This is not a case of one person with multiple accounts (GR 1.1), but two different brothers learning to play from the same location. You will also see that I was actively playing on my own ID (Sarkar Jigt - 89306) at the same time my brother was connected.
2. My Long-Term Commitment and Contributions:
As Sarkar Jigt, I've been an active participant in this community for almost two years. My dedication and advancement in the city are not insignificant. I'd like to highlight my in-game accomplishments as evidence of my extensive gameplay and commitment:
Statue Collection: I have 97 statues, which is a testament to the amount of time and work that has gone into the server's operations.
You can look over my record as well:
Referrals: In order to support the server's expansion, I have recommended other players.
History of Bans: No significant rule violation has ever resulted in my ban. I acknowledge that in my daily reselling business, I have occasionally violated rule 1.7 because of calculation errors, but these were small, inadvertent mistakes that were promptly fixed.
3. The Inequitable Administrative Procedure:
I felt that my perspective was not adequately heard during the administrative meeting (PC check). I specifically requested an administrator who speaks Hindi so that I could communicate my circumstances in a clear and understandable manner. My request was turned down. I believe the charge of "deceiving the admin" was based on a misunderstanding because of this language barrier. You were not fully aware of the circumstances surrounding my case.
4. A Plea for Fairness and Recognition:
I feel like I'm being singled out unfairly. I don't understand why I am being banned again for the same reason that Mr. Bobby once unbanned me, acknowledging my value to the community.
Please consider it from my perspective, even though I am aware that the server might not need more employees and that my absence might not matter. This project has taken up nearly two years of my time. Through my roleplay and recommendations, I have contributed to the server's development. This long-term contribution seems to be overlooked.
I don't mean to offend, but it seems like established figures are frequently given preferential treatment. For instance, I have witnessed players like Lazy violate rules like metagaming, but I have never witnessed him get in trouble—likely because he covers for the RP. Even though I'm not a content creator, I've been a committed character in this role for a lot longer, and I think my contributions are valuable.
Conclusion:
I respectfully request that you review my case again, considering my long-standing history, my proven dedication through my in-game progress, and the true context of the two accounts. This ban feels like an unfair punishment for someone who has been a loyal member of this community for years.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Sarkar Jigt (ID: 89306)
