--> I understand how an organization should operate in the city, organized, and consistent. I know how to guide members, solve problems on the spot, and keep everyone focused during turfs captures, events, and daily operations.
--> I been part of multiple events like FZ, Clandestine, Battleships, and Store Robberies, and had much experiance so I understand how to plan, coordinate, and execute properly every event. This experience helps me to run org perfectly in every gang event.
--> I mostly stay in game always active in gang events, support members, and make sure the organization is always doing well in the city. My goal is to build a strong, active organization where everyone participates in events and feels motivated to play more.

--> To improve RP, members must stay in game, stay in character, and avoid rule breaking during situations. We should encourage everyone to participate in in game events, use proper calls, communicate, and handle each scenario realistically.
