When I was arresting the suspect for reckless driving and spamming the horn—both IC offences—he repeatedly started talking about OOC concepts in an IC situation, which is a clear case of Mixing.

He kept saying things like:

• “Admin is watching you.”
• “I will report you.”
• “Your ID will get banned.”
• “You can’t play the game.”

All of these statements refer to OOC mechanics and administrative actions, which should never be brought into an in-character interaction. This breaks RP immersion and violates the Mixing rule.
