So this (Possibly) LEO killed me when i was in water at ACC it was 00:00 but the right eye numbers and all was still there so it's confusing that event is over or not.
Because if it is over he cannot kill me just after event at the place of event while i was not even between a fight and if it is still event on going then he cannot shoot in water.
Just a little help here Admins its quite confusing but i know any of these 2 situations rules were broken.

If you want i can put a longer POV, i didn't put because it was an admin situation before i sat o the boat a minute ago.
