Dear Admin,
Once i was in LSPD and i had corrupt bio i did a corruption and a SAHP guy arrested me and hand me over to AG-Poppy Lasombra and he was taking me to Capitol and i escaped from there and from then he is keep targeting me. I changed my name and also i dont have any hiring log in LSPD and they also did not had my passport still they generate a arrest warrant on Adi Chocobaar and then i changed the name then also they arrested me saying that your passport number is same doing a meta gaming. Here is the warrant of arrest on me and here my passport number is even not mentioned still the same SAHP guy targeted me and arrested me.

Also as you can see in this warrant they given me 10 days blacklist but after this they gave me 30 days global blacklist without any reason and the reason was given - order from government but as per rules labor codes should be written there.

I know this is a IC issue but i am making this forum because there is no DOL minister and none of the DOJ is helping me. When my DA and Leader go to meet them and talk about his they started forcing them to blacklist me. That's why i have to make this forum please consider this forum

Also when i saw i was blacklisted i ask with my director why i am blacklisted he told that AG said its order for government and also no proofs were provided as you can see in my shift log

Also i got many corrupt people saying government is following them and keep spying on them and after that we got to know with a GOV guy that they look forums for corrupt bio and keep follow and spy those guys and arrest them.

All an IC Issue with the Law and Enforcement of existing Warrants and Investigation for other Crimes.

His claim for me to be targeting him is false. He was under investigation for serious Felony Crimes and Labour Law violations even before the Forum Post I made and was later considered a threat to State Security.

If someone can claim they are being Targeted simply because they are being investigated by the DOJ and the USSS for being a known criminal and threat to the State then what is the purpose of a real investigation by Law Enforcement?

Reasons for Blacklisting and Investigations:

1. Escape from Custody (while being transported to the Capitol to pay a Court Bond of Appearance) for a prior situation.
This resulted in a Signed Warrant of Arrest for the Escape from Custody which could not be enforced with LSPD (where he worked) as the LSPD had failed to keep Employment Records and he quit LSPD when we arrived for a meeting with the Chief of Police to enforce it
Note: Blacklisting of 20-days for this Offence (Prime Quitting) in addition to the 10-days already detailed on the Warrant was already the punishment.

2. Not having proper Employment Records at FIB after quitting LSPD which prevented that Blacklisting by FIB (the FIB Director corrected this issue)

3. Attempting to take the AG Hostage in cooperation with the Ballas Gang (Link to Forum: Approved - GR6.4 + ForceRP + UB + PG + GZ1.2 + MG | ID 159509 + Ballas Gang

4. Corruption by a State Employee (reasonable suspicion that they were working with the Ballas Gang for the above)

As for the Blacklist of 30-days, that was already valid before the IC Evidence of his crimes as per the Forum Post, we could not actually impose any more already under more laws:

Labour Code 8.7.2 b) Conviction of a Serious Felony Crime. Where an Employee has been convicted of a Felony Crime, such a Criminal Conviction may, in addition to any Prison Term or Fines imposed, require State Blacklisting for a period of time as defined by the Criminal Code.
ii) The Attorney General or a Judge may order an Employee to be Blacklisted in addition to any Prison Term if the actions and conduct of the Employee should reasonably disallow any Employment at a State Organisation for a period of time.

Given his conduct in taking the Attorney General Hostage in cooperation with the Ballas Gang, where clear and valid evidence existed, together with an already pending Blacklist for the Warrant and Prime quitting LSPD, the maximum Blacklist allowed is completely reasonable. He would have received 60 days if this was still permitted but it is not as per the instructions from Lebron (maximum is 30-days) that were written into the Labour Code and State Law.

POINT. He claims that no one is assisting him in removing his Blacklisting. All that would be required is for him to get a Lawyer and contest it in Court. The State has Lawyers and Private Lawyers that he could have contacted in this regard but I know of no such Case File or Appeal being even Registered with the Court.

The REAL targeting is being done by certain bad actors in State Organisations against 4150 and 36607 (both my accounts) as reported earlier to the Curators and happened again during an important meeting with the Senior State Curator Pina (Link: Pending review - GR6.4 + RoS1.8 + FailRP + RoS5.6 + Targeting | ID 199248

Every allegations you are putting or stating are baseless and useless as you have not any IC proofs for that all the proves you have are ooc and its a meta gaming
You Blacklisted me 10 days for prime quiting the org [LSPD] but lspd done even have my hiring logs or charter signed so how can you blacklist me.
You dont have any valid IC proofs for all your alligation then why are you saying all this.
First find valid proofs and then blacklist me.
