2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?

i) Strong High Command background across major legal organizations
I have worked in high command positions in LSPD, National Guard, and FIB. This has given me deep experience in handling officers, managing divisions, supervising logs, and dealing with high-pressure situations. I understand how legal organizations function from the inside, and I am confident that I can structure LSPD in a way that is disciplined, active, and well-coordinated.

ii) Experience from both gang and legal RP gives me full understanding of the city
Along with legal orgs, I have also gained experience in gangs, which helped me understand criminal movement, ambush spots, hostage patterns, and typical mistakes officers make. This gives me an advantage when creating patrol strategies, convoy systems, and officer-safety procedures. Knowing both sides of the RP environment allows me to build a smarter and more effective LSPD.

iii) My goal to build the most active and respected law enforcement force
I want to make LSPD the most active, disciplined, and respected organization in the city. My plan includes proper patrol structuring, better communication training, and improved response coordination. I have seen many officers become hostages due to poor planning; with my system, I aim to reduce such situations and increase the safety of both civilians and officers. I am ready to take the responsibility and lead LSPD with consistency and calm decision-making.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

i) Transparent and fair promotion structure
Promotions will only be given during official ceremonies and strictly based on performance, communication, logs, and discipline. Favoritism will not be tolerated—anyone abusing their position for personal benefit will face action. A fair system motivates officers to work harder and maintains professionalism.

ii) Structured patrols and convoy movement to avoid unnecessary hostage situations
Officers will be trained on proper convoy driving, teamwork, callouts, and defensive positioning. Many officers get taken hostage because they patrol alone or without proper coordination. Under my leadership, LSPD patrols will be organized, safe, and efficient. Communication training, negotiation basics, and situational awareness will be mandatory.

iii) A strong, responsible, and active High Command team
I will select HCs based on maturity, activity, and leadership qualities. They will handle training, complaints, logs, and division management. Maintaining good relations with NG, FIB, SAHP, and other legal organizations will also be a priority so that LSPD can operate smoothly in joint missions. A strong leadership team will automatically improve RP across the entire department.
