Hello so basically we have been jailed multiple times because our name, is our family name and we have applied for unoff with this same name we didnt change anything is still the same and you guys are jailing all our family members for this so please can you guys stop jailing us.

Buddy i faced the same issue. The problem isn't in your fam name but its in your own name. You can't have more than 2 Capital letters and those must only be the initials. Your name has 3 caps, that is L of limit.
Like your name should be: Liam Nolimit
