Hi there,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing because I want to sincerely appeal the ban placed on my account for violating rule GR 1.1. Even though the ban happened months ago, it has stayed on my mind this whole time. I’ve had a long time to think about it, and I truly regret the situation I created.
I want to start by saying I’m genuinely sorry. I understand now how my actions looked from your perspective, and I realize I should have been clearer about what was happening. I never meant to break the rules or disrespect the trust the team works so hard to uphold. Looking back, I can see how my carelessness with logging in from different locations created confusion, and that’s on me.
Regarding the accounts linked to me I know it seems like I was intentionally creating multiple accounts, but that wasn’t the case. A couple of them are mine, and the rest appear connected because I logged into my accounts on my friends’ PCs when we were playing together or hanging out. I never shared my accounts or used anyone else’s. I just didn’t think about how it would look, and that was a mistake I deeply regret.
I genuinely love this game and the community around it. Being banned, especially for something that could have been avoided with better communication on my part, has been frustrating and honestly pretty painful. I’ve learned a lot from this, and I’ve gained a much clearer understanding of the rules and why they matter so much.
I’m not trying to make excuses I just want the chance to show that I’ve grown from this and that I can follow the rules the way I should have from the start. I’m really hoping you can give me another chance to return, play fairly, and rebuild the trust I lost.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for all the work you do.
I hope you’re doing well.
