1. Leader of SANG ( San Andreas National Guard )
(i) My first organization was only NG where I started to make friends or any rules and making me a responsible guy though I have been working in NG More than 2-3 terms and by also getting a high level position by my hard work.
(ii) I served Major General which make my experience more better and having lots of responsibilities and it's a golden oppurtunity for me to test my capability, leadership skills to work as a General in NG with due my experience any far away my skills too.
(iii) as far I knew that NG is a core of all the organizations though it is very important and helpful to supply the ammunations and also responding too many situations, from myself It's the favourite organization of myself as I have started my journey from here.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.
(i) The main and strict thing's I will prefer, In my term there will be 0% toxicity and everyone will be friendly.
(ii) I will ensure that everyone will get high bonus with all due respect and time and by arranging the internal event's like PR for citizen's and for my soldiers to make memorable moments with all.
(iii) I would prefer to do PR event's daily in my organization so the citizen's also can have enjoyable moments with us.
(iv) there will be no favouritism in my term all will be getting their rank according to their knowledge and skills.
Departments:
BO: Black Ops (BO) department will respond to the situation as quickly they can like hostage situations, store robbery etc, and having good shooting skills too.
HR: The HR (Human Resource) department plays an important role in all organization from hiring to giving them training to a person by making them capable to work as efficiently they can.
MP: The MP (Military Police) department will maintain discipline and necessary actions if a soldier have done anything wrong or unprofessionalism or finding any corruption, favouritism internally and they will the most professional and efficiency department during my Term.
Air Force: The Air Force department also having a main work to gather the information of gangs by scouting.
PR: The Public Relation department will be conducting the events with another faction's for the citizen's by communicating with them and a special prize pool will be given to the winner.
