Additional Information

1. Leader of National Guard (NG)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this sepcific organization?

2.1 Five to six terms of service have given me a deep, daily understanding of the National Guard and allowed me to build many key connections. I am profoundly passionate about the Army and aspire to a responsible leadership role in the National Guard to drive beneficial decisions. This organization is uniquely special to me—it was my first in the city, and it fundamentally changed my life by providing recognition and new opportunities.

2.2 Driven by a belief in service and responsibility, I am committed to leading the National Guard's dual mission. I aim to train, support, and inspire the next generation of soldiers by setting the standard and demonstrating decisive accountability under pressure. I am ready to leverage my experience to grow within this vital role.

2.3 My goal is to lead in the National Guard to advance its core values of integrity and selfless service. I've witnessed the profound impact strong leadership has on unit morale and mission readiness. I want to be the accountable leader who listens, adapts, and inspires soldiers to reach their fullest potential.

3. Your Advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 To elevate National Guard role-play (RP) realism, Military Police (MP) must design and lead scenario-based exercises. Their expertise in law enforcement, security operations, crowd control, and detainee handling is critical for simulating real-life challenges (like civil unrest or base security breaches) and enforcing proper legal, ethical, and use-of-force protocols under pressure.

3.2 To improve Ammo Run RP, prioritize clear planning, communication, and discipline. This includes route recon (primary/backup), detailed personnel briefings (safety, timeline, roles), and assigning a dedicated Ammo NCO for accountability. All loads must be secured and proper PPE worn by handlers.

Although I will do everything possible to make National Guard Successful, I would focus on building a strong foundation of discipline, training, and community engagement. Success starts with well-prepared and motivated personnel, so I would prioritize continuous, realistic training that develops both technical skills and leadership at all levels. Encouraging teamwork and open communication ensures that every member feels valued and ready to perform their role effectively. Thanks for the Support of our Lovely Curators.
