Starting of in SAHP (Reason 1)
Being a former employee of the SAHP when i first joined i spent nearly everyday on duty and loved the org. I have seen the inactivity that comes with the org and that is what i want to work on and fix it instead of just leaving it there and forgetting about it by doing that i will personally hold mass recruitment drives with HRT and change the location of the recruitment drive every now and then. With me being active everyday i think that i would help the org progress and build a strong foundation to keep everyone on top of what they are meant to be doing. I will make sure to coordinate with the departments within SAHP to make sure i have people with the correct experience are in the department where they can work there hardest and do there best.1. Starting of in SAHP (Reason 1)
I would work on the org & Hiring SAHP (Reason 2)
If i got leadership of of the SAHP i would make sure make sure people have trust within the org and communicate instead of arguing and creating a bigger situation. I will make sure to wash out the fires within the org and sit down to talk with people if they need me to and make sure that org members are always treated with respect. I will always listen to people and make sure everyone's voices are heard. And favouritism will NOT be tolerated. I will always make sure trainees get top training of some of the best HRT SAHP has ever seen and have 24/7 hiring to give everyone a chance at having a spot withing SAHP.
Rebuilding the org (Reason 3)
With all the gang activity on the highway's and near DOC, I will make sure to increase more troopers patrolling on the highway and around DOC and decrease gang activity. I will make sure we all attend maximum events with multiple people and good numbers. I will also increase numbers overall to make sure we won't have any problems by doing that i will keep at least 1-2 people on insurance at all times during the night/day and events. I want to make this SAHP great again and by doing that i have to prove what i can do and make sure SAHP reaches its full potential once again.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
If i was to get leadership i would make sure to keep a good alliance between all the organizations
HRT
Making sure all troopers are trained in the correct way and knowing rules of the city and knowing the laws and by doing that having a 5 star HRT team.
Making sure troopers are trained well so when they are in a car chase and pulling over they create some immersive RP and always making sure they know what to do in them situations. I will make sure my troopers always act professional on and off duty to make sure we have no complications and always setting a good example for all new people who want to join or have a look at SAHP and making sure all people see how good SAHP is and will want to join us.
HRT will have three ranks (Junior HRT Senior HRT HC of HRT).
To get into HRT you need to reach Trooper II and start at Junior HRT shadow 3 review 3 arrest videos and train at least 4 people to progress into Senior HRT after that they will need to stay in that specific department to progress further within the organization and that department.
IA
IA Will be in charge of all internal things that happen within the organization and will deal with it appropriately.
IA will have three ranks (IA Trainee IA Agent Senior IA HC of IA)
To progress in IA you will have to reach Senior trooper I and start doing inspections on your rank level not anything above to progress you will need to do a lot of IA work that is given to you by your HOD.
SWAT
I will make sure everyone trusts each other and create good teamwork and determination during events and lead with amazing leadership by communicating and staying calm during all events.
HWP
Highway Patrol will be in charge of the highways making sure people are following the laws when driving and keeping all the highways clean and keeping gang activity to a minimum.
PR
I wanna make SAHP fun again by hosting amazing PR events that which both employee's and citizens can join to win money prize money/value will change with each event and events will be different each time to make it more and more fun.
