2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
i) I understand how important NG is for the entire state
National Guard is the backbone of every legal organization. If NG is active, the whole state runs smoothly — ammo shipments, event support, air assistance, and gate security all depend on NG. I’ve spent a long time working in legal orgs like LSPD, NG, and FIB, and I’ve seen firsthand how difficult things become when NG isn’t functioning properly. My goal is simple: keep NG stable, reliable, and always ready to support every legal organization whenever needed.
ii) My HC experience in multiple orgs helps me lead with discipline
I’ve worked in high command roles in LSPD, NG, and FIB, and I also have experience in gang RP. Because of this mix, I understand how both sides think. I know how criminals plan an attack, and I also know how legal orgs coordinate a response. This helps me create better patrols, stronger gate security, and more effective event coverage. NG needs someone who can stay calm under pressure, and I believe I can bring that mindset to the department.
iii) I want to build an NG where every soldier has a purpose
I want officers to feel like they’re actually part of something. Instead of having people just stand around, I want active divisions, rotations, training schedules, and roles that suit each soldier. Whether someone wants to be in MP, Air Force, or frontline divisions, I want every member to feel that they have a place they belong. A motivated NG is a strong NG, and that’s the type of environment I want to build.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
i) Active shipments and daily responsibilities
Ammo shipments will be done regularly and on time so no legal org has to wait or struggle. Soldiers will have assigned duties to keep them engaged — gate security, patrols, air checks, and base monitoring.
ii) Keep bonuses fair and motivating
I want soldiers to feel rewarded for their effort. Bonuses will be given fairly, based on activity and contribution. This helps maintain motivation and keeps the department productive.
iii) Weekly combat and tactical training
To avoid boredom and keep everyone sharp, we will hold regular arena training, shooting practice, convoy exercises, and formation training. This keeps the RP fresh and ensures NG performs well during high-pressure situations.
iv) Clear divisions so everyone knows their role
Every soldier will have the chance to join a division that matches their style of RP. Nobody will feel useless or without purpose. The goal is to give everyone a role they enjoy so they stay active and learn faster.
