2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.(A) Clear Vision
I want to lead SAHP because I have very clear vision to make it most active , professional and respected organization in the city. i want every troopers to know why they are here and how to perform duty with confidence. under my leadership, the departments will run smoothly and with proper systems so it make working smoother for everyone. my goal is to build an organization where people feel happy to be part of it.
2.(B) Fair Culture
I have seen how unfair decisions affect the moral of troopers. I want to build a culture where all decision is justified and equal for everyone and yes obviously no favoritism at all. troopers should feel valued for their work not because of connections. i want SAHP to grow with full activity and respectful toward every rank.
2.(C) Creative Improvements
I want to introduce new and creative ideas to make SAHP more active. Instead of repeating the same old system I want to implement some smarter patrol plans, new bonus system, and batter communication methods. I believe that fresh ideas bring fresh energy. I want SAHP members fell excited and motivated every single day. under my term SAHP will not only maintain discipline but also bring some good improvements.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.(A) HR Training Upgrade
First of all i want to upgrade our hr department by introducing a new and practical training system. I noticed in previous terms that many troopers struggled with arrest training. Which affected their RP and performance. So will provide real time arrest training where an hr member will act as a 10-15 and another HR will show the correct step by step arrest procedure. This will help trooper ls learn how to arrest with zero mistakes.
3.(B) SWAT Scenario Training
In previous terms I noticed that very few situation based training were conducted for the swat unit. Under my term i will increase these scenario based trainings so every member understands proper tactics, positioning and decision making in high pressure situations. And i have some high skilled shooters so they will train them . These training will not only make troopers more skilled but add enjoyment and creating a stronger and more positive environment.
3.(C) Law Classes
I am planning to introduce a law classis for all trooper . so our both DA will teach them some important rules and regulation. it will improvs the Roleplay level in the organization. and also they can learn something new that they also didn't know.
3.(D) Highway Patrol Upgrade
I want to upgrade the highway patrol department by improving how our troopers patrol respond and coordinate on the highway. HWP will focus on smarter and more organized patrolling instead of random movement. All active units except 2 on insurance and 2 hr will be assigned a specific highway zones to patrol. So that every area is covered 24/7. This system will ensure quick response better control on high crimes .
