• Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
  First I want to bring back strong discipline and structure to LSPD because good leadership creates good RP and I feel confident I can guide the team
  Second I want to help new officers learn proper procedures since many people join without knowing the basics and I enjoy teaching and creating a friendly but serious working environment
  Third I was an ex admin in Grand RP and I understand how the server works from the inside and this is my first time applying for leader so I want to use that experience to build an active department with fair rules and a positive atmosphere
• Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
  I would focus on proper training and simple clear rules so officers know how to act in every situation
  I would set up regular RP patrols and scenarios to keep activity high and help everyone improve their communication and teamwork
  I would also promote respect between all ranks because good RP comes from players who treat each other well and stay in character even during stressful situations
