Unban Request – Fabian Grace / Monika Tired
Dear Admin Team,
Hey, there have been many misunderstandings that I would like to clarify in detail now.
Sorry that i forgot some details in the first one here is everything please forgive me
If necessary, I can privately provide proof that it was indeed my brother playing on that account.
Back in 2023
A friend was visiting me in person, and together we decided to start a family and purchase a house in the game. In order to cover the associated costs, we agreed to pool our in-game resources. The funds were transferred accordingly. I must emphasize that the account involved was not a secondary account of mine, but a completely separate one belonging to my friend.
We were under the impression that such an arrangement was permissible, especially considering that the funds could have just as easily been transferred once he had returned to his own residence (OOC). Given this context, we believe that a permanent ban is disproportionate and unjustified. We feel that the action taken by Mason Xozis lacks sufficient merit and that a lesser punishment—or ideally, no punishment at all—would be more appropriate.
Honestly, I don’t even exactly remember why I received a 1.1 ban. I suspect it might have happened because I did a PC reset and accidentally logged in with the wrong Rockstar account, or perhaps someone may have hacked my account.
I have also recalled another incident related to Rule 1.1. I did, in fact, kill someone in a green zone — which I now recognize was both foolish and unacceptable. At the time, I was angry and acted naively. In my frustration, I demanded an admin be brought in and even claimed that I had broken Rule 1.1, although that was not entirely true. I only said it to appear funny in front of my friends on Discord.
Looking back, I realize how immature and irresponsible that behavior was. I have grown since then and now fully understand that such matters are no joke and should never be treated lightly. I regret my actions and the way I handled the situation.
It has been a while now, but I really miss playing on Server 1. All my friends are there, and I basically grew up with this server. While Server 3—where I’ve been playing for quite a while—is great, it just doesn’t compare to Server 1 for me.
Yes, my punishment history isn’t the cleanest, but I’ve truly changed. While on Server 3, I studied the rulebook intensely and even had ambitions to become an admin one day.
So please, dear Admins, let me return to the project. I unfortunately no longer remember my old ID, but I’d be completely fine with a full money wipe, or being sanctioned with 60 days—I just want to be part of the project again.

Currently I am on server 3 I help to grow the project and I have never done anything really really bad so yes basically i grew up I hope for one last chance please pleaseeee.

Personally, I only had one account, which was ID 67352. The other account, I believe the name was Timmy Zeck, belonged to my brother. A third account that was once logged in on my PC was my friend’s, who visited me OOC. Back then, we didn't know the rules that well and were sanctioned accordingly. We've learned from it and were unbanned after that.Regarding Rule 1.8:
During the Grand Coin period, my brother played a lot. We shared one PC. He was always on the Timmy account and only played for fun—money wasn't important to him. So he gave me some of his in-game money. I believe this is what was interpreted as a violation of Rule 1.8.If necessary, I can privately provide proof that it was indeed my brother playing on that account.
