I would like to report an LEO for misconduct during custody inside the prison. I was already jailed, fully secured, and posed no threat. The officer tased me solely because I verbally insulted him. This violates several laws including:

• PC 2.6.1 – Non-Lethal Battery (inflicting bodily harm without lawful cause)
• PC 2.8.6 – Unlawful Detention (using force or punishment without legal justification)
• Standard Use-of-Force guidelines, which prohibit tasing a restrained inmate unless there is an immediate threat or resistance.

The officer then stated he “broke my bodycam” in the /lefteye, without any proper /me or /do roleplay, which is a clear case of Powergaming and an obvious attempt to erase evidence of his misconduct.

This violates:

• Rule 6.1 – Incorrect and unrealistic use of RP commands
• Rule 6.22 – Abuse of state authority

Force used on a restrained prisoner without threat is illegal, non-RP, and abusive. I am requesting an administrative review of the officer’s conduct and the bodycam footage.
