Leader of - Emergency Medical Service ( EMS)
1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a. To Make EMS Reliable and Always Available:
Currently, EMS is not always active enough to cover all major situations, such as hostage Situation or store robberies. I believe these scenarios are just as important as our GS calls, as every hostage's life is critical. My goal is to ensure EMS is a reliable and always-available , so no life is put in danger due to a lack of medical support.
b. To Improve Roleplay and Training:
As a former Deputy Chief of Medicine, I have seen firsthand that our training and roleplay can be significantly improved. I will ensure every employee receives the best possible guidance by implementing changes, such as High Command muct be present when FTO Provides Training This will guarantee that our employees receive higher quality and more consistent training.
c. To Be a Fair and Experienced Leader:
I have worked my way up from a Trainee to a Deputy Chief in EMS. I know how this organization works. I promise there will be no favoritism. Promotions will be given only to people who are active, work hard, and deserve it. I also have leadership experience as the Chief Of Staff in the LSPD, which taught me how to manage a large team. Even I Gain Some Experiense As A Gang Under Deputy so i now i learned more things even i gained some experience in FIB how everthing works like spec ops and gaing raid and that time i realise how much importnant addriline so i am doing make sore evertime leos get addriline in every situation
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
My plan is simple but effective:
a. Always Be Avlaible: I will hire more and more people and try to manage day as well as night both shift. even i am active more then 10 hrs to help everyone
b. Better Training: I will make a dedicated training team to teach everyone how to work EMS and its functions.
c. Bonus System: I will create a fair system to reward active players. so they fill focused in his work
d. Shift: Extra bonus pay for people who work the night shift. becouse night shift is very hard to cover
e. Events: Weekly Special Events For Our Employee
f. Task: I give weekly tasks with reward so by which everyone stay focused .
g. Pramotion Ceremonies: Weekly promotion ceremonies to celebrate people who do a good job becouse they deserve.
h. Good Communication: I treat my employes as my friend so we make better communications .
i. Focus on Calls: I will have a special team that focuses only on answering emergency calls ASAP.
j. Events : I am doing make sure all events should me attend
