I was waiting in line to modify my car. Someone else started ramming their car into mine. The man whose ID I wrote down got out of the car and shot me dead (green zone), then revived me. He started searching me without asking, knocked me to the ground, and took my driver's license. He didn't inform me of my rights or provide any information. He then fled by hitting me with his car. He wasn't wearing a police or FBI uniform. If he was a police officer, was he on duty at the time?
