1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (Three reasons with explanation)
2.1)
The first reason I want to lead SAHP is because I believe I can build a strong, organized and motivated team of Troopers. I want to introduce better training programs that focus on highway patrol work traffic enforcement and pursuit tactics. I also want every new member to feel welcomed and supported from the moment they join. On top of that, I plan to bring in fun and engaging activities that keep people interested throughout the entire term.
2.2)
Another reason I want to lead SAHP is because I’ve always believed in building strong relationships between all law enforcement organizations. During my time in SAHP, FIB, and LSPD i have seen how much smoother things run when orgs communicate well. My goal is to improve that even further by setting up joint trainings, shared patrols, and open communication channels. I want SAHP to be known for positive respectful and effective collaboration with every other org.
2.3)
The final reason I want to lead SAHP is because I feel I’ve gained enough experience across multiple departments to guide this organization in the right direction. I’ve learned a lot about communication, tactical decisions, leadership, and teamwork through my time as COS and HOD in different orgs and my short time as DCOP in LSPD and i want to pass that knowledge on to every Trooper and make sure everyone understands proper procedures and what it means to operate professionally in SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1)
One of the first things I’d like to do is bring in more group training sessions that will eb ran directly by HRT for our trainees. Instead of relying on training videos, I want everything to be more hands on and face to face. When trainees actually interact with the HRT team it builds confidence it improves communication and makes the whole experience feel more immersive. More personal training will naturally boost everyones RP because they’re learning through real scenarios instead of just watching videos.
3.2)
Id also like to introduce more joint events and missions between different departments. For example, having TE and SWAT team up for operations that fit both departments goals and standards. This would create unique RP moments and make everyone feel more involved. It also gives members something fun and meaningful to look forward to instead of just focusing on meeting minimum requirements. Regular missions like these keep the organization active and bring a lot of excitement back into RP.
3.3)
Another big thing that affects RP is the activity level of High Command. A lot of organizations struggle with HC activity dropping after the first week of the term, and that has a huge impact on the RP experience from what ive seen.. My goal is to bring a reliable and dedicated HC team that stays active throughout the entire term. When HC is consistently available it sets a strong example and raises the overall RP level for the whole organization.
