2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. After serving as a Deputy Chief of EMS and temp Leader of EMS, I believe that I have extraordinary potential to operate EMS in the most effective manner.
2. As per my past experience I have the ability and the knowledge, I have the ability to manage work force and all the department of EMS as per the hierarchy basis. I will work at my utmost effort, to keep the sanctity and the harmony between EMS and all other State Orgs.
3. As an EMS Leader I will make sure to provide a welcoming work environment to bud new prospect and hone their skills I will also focus on the hyper activity in EMS lobbies as well as GS Calls and ARO Calls. All the main and subsidiary org events will be attended by EMS under my leadership without any compromises.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will focus on Professional Conduct and EMS RP to improve efficiency and decorum.
2. I will structure HR department so strong, so that they can review the employees' productivity and proficiency. If the employees have any issues, HR will resolve their issues by acting ethically. Proper training and surprise checking will make EMS more alert and attentive.
3. Handsome bonuses will be rewarded to those EMS employees who are most active during the events i.e. Subs, ACC, and store robberies.
4. Employees will be directly can get in touch of deputies and leader to resolve their unrest issues.
5. High Command Meetings will be conduct on every week to discuss new improvements and insights in EMS managements.
6. No disrespect and professional misconduct will not be tolerated in any situation.
7. I will make sure that EMS will duly perform through out the events and daily basis activities with high regards of commitment and sovereignty.
