2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


i) I want to became leader of SAHP because I am deeply Committed to serving the city and people with honesty, discipline, and integrity. I had a great experience in leos, being High Commands of every Legal organisation, and after all this experience, I believe that I am ready to become the leader of SAHP. As a leader, I aim to create environment where honesty and accountability guide every decision we make. I want to ensure that our organisation continues to represent the highest standards of professionalism and be a organisation that the citizen scan always rely on.

ii) I have done a lot of things in my RP life being in leos, observing many of my friends becoming leader and they have helped me to learn and develop my leadership qualities and shaped my decision-making and team handling skills. I always wanted to be on highest rank in leos, if I become a leader, leads me to achieving my goals. I known how to maintain discipline and professionalism, and keep my units active in insurance and regular patrolling.

iii) I want to step into the leadership role because I have a clear vision of handling this organisation. I aim to bring improvements in coordination, operational efficiency, and regular training sessions for troopers, so that our troopers stay motivated, skilled in gun fights and prepared for any sit. My goal is to create a supportive and well-structed environment, where all troopers will respect each others and where discipline, professionalism and teamwork will be our core strength.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

i) I would make to assign skill full and experienced deputies, as good leadership helps a lot other to grow, and also I will make sure to have active tow and patrolling units on highway and min of 2 active units to cover the insurance.

ii) I will make sure every troopers in organisation knows proper procedure of becoming a well known and remarkable officer. Teaching them with an experienced HR team that ensure our troopers are equipped with the correct sets of skills to ensure citizens and prosecutors are not affected with the wrong doings of any type. In my presence the relationship of SAHP with other organisation will be strong. I will make sure there will be no conflict between us and also during special missions of organization.

iii) I will make sure to assign skill full and experienced HODs and DHODsfor my HRT and SWAT department, so that they can train our new troopers and make sure that they give us the best outcome that the organisation needs during events and special mission.
