I was reporting him and was in contact admin. He didn't verbally say that he is putting tape on my mouth when i saw the left eye, it was there after that i didn't speak

After reviewing both the POV (by thread owner and ID 1593) i have come to following conclusion

He was in the Contact Admins section and didnt see you placing the tape After he exited the Contact Admin page and noticed that the /try was successful and he had been taped he stopped speaking from that moment onward. Therefore it will not be considered Fail RP
