2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to become the Leader of Vagos because when i fly in city, I joined Ballas as my first organization and took the start of my crime carrier. As the time passed and I came to know about many rules and RP and what is the advantage of criminal background. Also I applied for Ballas leadership and I got the term but later on some IRL issues happened to me. This because I decided to disband but now i am free from everything now I can manage Vagos easily. About my IRL age its 18 but as I copied the format of application from another applicant so its written 17 and my IRL age is 18 so Sorry about it.
- I served good as Leader of Ballas but due to issues I lose it but in this time period I learnt a lot of things about Global events and other things from where we can get warn and other things but now as I knew about everything so i can easily manage everything and I also saw that Vagos is loosing his position in Ghetto as its counted as the Lazy and Dull Organization in City buy I will make sure that I will bring it back to its position.
- I want leadership because I am not a toxic person, and everyone knows me for my good manners and respectful behavior. I’ve spent great times with many people, and even gang leaders have told me that I’m a calm, patient, and loyal member. I’ve never denied any request from my higher-ups, and I’ve learned all the rules properly. Now, I’m in a position where I can confidently take the term and lead effectively.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will bring a high level of discipline to the organization. Anyone who breaks the rules will first face punishment from the admins and then from me as leader. I will not tolerate players who don’t understand RP and only cause trouble. If someone is ashamed of their actions, I will explain how it can be avoided.
- I will make sure that no one is toxic during my term, as I strongly dislike toxicity. I am a calm person, and I want to maintain a positive and respectful environment in the organization.
- I will do maximum Situations as I can do. I will do maximum Store as let the leos know that who becomes the leader of Vagos
- I will add good bonuses to keep everyone engaged in RP and make the term highly active. My goal is to bring back the true spirit of the Vagos, so they once again earn the name of real gangsters in the ghetto and in the minds of every legal organization.
- I will hire High commands and Deputies with a meeting with them and take a short Interview as not Rules breaks will be done. I am sure that i will leave my leadership with no warn as the term end.
