Hello Dear Admin I've been unable to log in for a while due to a technical issue with my computer, and I've resolved the issue, but when I try to log in, I get banned for security reasons. I encountered this issue 6-7 months ago, and after it was fixed and my account was reactivated, I was only able to log in once, but I was banned again for the same reason. I'd like to see this resolved, thank you.
