1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? 2.1 | Due to my extensive experience across multiple different organizations including LSPD, SAHP, FIB, GOV and NG, I believe that I would be the best choice for SAHP, my experience doesn't only help me greatly with the understanding of how the org runs but it would also greatly help me in increasing org relations and run my own org smoothly since I have an exceptional amount of terms of experience. 2.2 | With my current presence in FIB I have also come to learn a key factor to great communication which is having a good and foundationally solid High Command team and due to my connections with multiple people throughout the city I believe that I can build that foundationally solid team that will lead SAHP to the glory they once held and destruct the reputation of hostage providers we have built up throughout the last couple terms. Due to this reputation I am determined to lead SAHP to success and show who the real powerhouse of the highways really are. 2.3 | With the recent issues of corruption and favouritism I am aware that something has to change, due to these issues I want to set the new standard for all state organizations and lead by example, with my clean history in state orgs regarding these issues I believe that I am the perfect choice to pick up the battle against it. Not only have I personally brought down such scandals before but I've also prevented it from happening multiple times, due to this I also have the experience to lead by example and fight against these issues. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. I want to implement a new system for our lower trooper ranks after passing their trainings which includes short but necessary interviews to ensure that they fully understood the basics of their training, these interviews would be held by Internal Affairs and it would ensure that all units are properly trained and has a basic understanding of that law. in addition to this system I would also change up the training phases a bit to include more training about the law and how the city's legal system actually works as I've seen clear lack of knowledge from people of lower ranks in recent terms. I think that both of these systems and changes would greatly enhance the roleplay quality in the city since our officers would actually know how to act in different situations instead of finding out as they go and getting either themselves or the organization into trouble. |
