At timestamp 01:20, player (201688) failed to show Fear RP as I was aiming my gun at him, yet he continued moving despite my demands.
At timestamp 01:43, player (166612) committed RDM violating G.R. 6.15 by shooting my suspect. When I shot him and chased him, he ran into the Green Zone, violating G.Z. 1.3, and continued shooting, which can be seen at timestamp 02:02.
At timestamp 02:50, player (201688), while cuffed, entered the water to avoid the RP situation. This is Power Gaming (PG) because cuffed suspects cannot be dragged or processed in water.
Finally, at timestamp 04:10, an unknown player (0000) killed my suspect (201688) and later mercy killed him, violating both G.R. 6.15 and G.R. 6.13.
